Our mission is to create a secure, transparent, innovative, and legally compliant digital ecosystem that enables filmmakers, producers, broadcasters, media organizations, educational institutions, musicians, independent creators, advertisers, business partners, and viewers to distribute, discover, and enjoy high-quality digital content.

These Official Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Community Standards, Copyright Policies, Monetization Policies, and all related legal documents govern the use of the Platform and apply to every User, Content Creator, Producer, Distributor, Publisher, Advertiser, Subscriber, Business Partner, and any other person or entity accessing or using the Platform.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, uploading content, purchasing subscriptions, publishing content, streaming videos, or otherwise using any Platform service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

"Account" means the registered user profile created for accessing Platform services.

"Subscription" means any paid or free membership plan offered by the Platform.

"Monetization" means any approved method through which eligible creators may earn revenue from their content.

"Viewer" means any person watching, streaming, downloading (where permitted), or otherwise consuming content on the Platform.

"Advertiser" means any individual or organization purchasing advertising services on the Platform.

"Business Partner" means any organization collaborating with the Platform through licensing, advertising, technology, payment processing, distribution, or commercial agreements.

CHAPTER 4 – PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM

MONETIZATION POLICY


CHAPTER 37 – PURPOSE OF THE MONETIZATION POLICY

This Monetization Policy establishes the rules governing creator monetization, advertising revenue, subscription revenue, Video-on-Demand (VOD) revenue, payment processing, tax compliance, financial reporting, and revenue distribution on the UNIQUE PLANET OTT STREAMING PLATFORM.

Participation in any monetization program is a privilege offered by the Platform and is subject to continuous compliance with these Terms, Community Guidelines, Copyright Policy, and all applicable laws.

CHAPTER 38 – MONETIZATION ELIGIBILITY

Not all content is eligible for monetization.

The Platform may determine monetization eligibility based on factors including, but not limited to:

CHAPTER 39 – SOURCES OF PLATFORM REVENUE

CHAPTER 40 – REVENUE SHARING POLICY

The remaining eligible share, after applicable deductions and statutory taxes, may be paid to eligible Content Creators who satisfy all monetization requirements.

The Platform reserves the right to revise revenue-sharing percentages upon reasonable notice, where required by applicable law.

CHAPTER 41 – PAYMENT ELIGIBILITY

To receive payments, a Content Creator must:

CHAPTER 42 – PAYMENT PROCESSING

This Policy applies to all Advertisers, Producers, Studios, Broadcasters, Music Labels, News Publishers, Content Creators, Distributors, Agencies, Business Partners, and other organizations publishing or distributing content through the Platform.

CHAPTER 54 – ADVERTISER-FRIENDLY CONTENT POLICY

To maintain a safe and trusted advertising environment, content eligible for advertising should:

By creating an account, signing in, uploading Content, enabling monetization, publishing Content, using any Platform feature, or otherwise accessing the Services, each User electronically acknowledges and agrees that:

Nothing contained in this document shall be interpreted as limiting any mandatory rights or protections available to Users under applicable consumer protection, privacy, intellectual property, or other applicable laws.

If any provision of this document is determined by a court or competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The failure of the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that or any other provision at a later time.
